Unusual Suspect #1 is in deep conversation with Unusual Suspect #2.

Unusual Suspect #2 attempts to blend in with the surroundings, but our operatives are professionals.

Our covert ops have observed suspicious activity within this area, namely loitering around, taking umbrageous close-ups of flowers, more loitering, smelling the roses (read: implanting biological weapons) and trepassing on public property, surely cause for concern in this uncertain day and age.
